  It started as a DREAM and ended in FAMILY. Ryan’s passion for cooking BBQ was quickly catapulted as he, Larry and James, a small, but dedicated team of all federal law enforcement officers, who are also veterans, began bonding over the idea of competing in a local BBQ competition. 

Together, they won several awards in their first competition. With Ryan’s signature methods, this newly developed brotherhood continually produced award-winning products, which only got better with time.
